Electronic Dispatches

Receive all participating claims manager’s dispatches electronically into your business management software to eliminate the traditional fax, data-input, and up to 60% of errors that cause invoicing rejections. Any required insurance claim information, policyholder information and set discounts will automatically be integrated into your system and work order. Once you receive dispatches electronically, you will be eligible for electronic scheduling which eliminates the three-way call between LYNX, policyholder and retailer.

Submit Loss notices originating at your company electronically from your business management system to LYNX Services and other participating insurance and fleet companies reducing and in some cases eliminating the traditional phone call. Today, Allstate Insurance and Auto Owners Insurance allow qualified retailers to manage shop-initiated claims via GLAXIS from initiation to invoice without a phone call.

Additional Part Authorizations

Eliminate all 15-20 minute phone calls to LYNX Services for additional part authorizations by requesting approvals electronically from your business management software. Front-line customer service representatives are alerted during the work order process to request approval for everything from the routine - dealer glass - to the more unusual, rust-out or vinyl peel-backs.

Invoicing
